Refund and Cancellation Policy

Clear and transparent refund and cancellation policy by Unseen India Trips for all tour bookings across India. Know refund rules and timelines.

At Unseen India Trips, we value your time and trust. We aim to make your travel experience seamless, including transparent policies on booking cancellations and refunds.

1. Cancellation by the Traveler

  • Cancellations made 30 days or more before the trip date: Eligible for a full refund after deducting minimal service charges.
  • Cancellations made 15–29 days before the trip date: 50% of the total package cost will be refunded.
  • Cancellations made less than 15 days before the trip date: No refund will be applicable.
  • In case of a “No Show” (traveler not reporting at the tour start point), no refund will be provided.

2. Cancellation by Unseen India Trips

If, for any unavoidable reason, Unseen India Trips has to cancel a tour:

  • Customers will receive a full refund, or
  • May opt for an alternate tour/date of similar value (subject to availability).

3. Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after receiving the cancellation request.
  • The refund will be made to the same account or card used during booking.

4. Non-Refundable Components

Certain bookings, such as hotel reservations, airline tickets, train bookings, or third-party services, may have non-refundable conditions. In such cases, the refund will be made after deducting those charges as per the vendor’s policy.

5. Last-Minute Changes

For any last-minute changes or postponements requested by travelers:

  • Additional charges may apply depending on hotel or transportation availability.
  • The final decision will be based on vendor and partner policies.

6. Force Majeure

Unseen India Trips shall not be held responsible for cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural calamities, political unrest, pandemics, or government restrictions. In such cases, refunds or rescheduling will be handled as per the best available options.

7. How to Request Cancellation

To cancel your booking, please email us at info@unseenindiatrips.com with your booking ID, tour details, and registered contact number. Our support team will get in touch to confirm your request.
