1. Mode of Delivery
- All tour confirmations, invoices, and travel itineraries are sent via email or WhatsApp to the registered contact provided during booking.
- Physical shipping of documents (if requested) may be arranged within India through trusted courier partners, and additional service charges may apply.
2. Delivery Timelines
- Digital documents such as e-vouchers, invoices, and booking confirmations are sent within 24–48 hours of successful payment.
- Physical documents, if applicable, are dispatched within 3–5 business days , depending on location and courier partner.
3. Delivery Delays
Delays may occur due to:
- Incorrect contact information provided by the customer
- Government restrictions, public holidays, or unforeseen events
- Courier or email service issues beyond our control
In such situations, our support team assists promptly to ensure quick resolution.
4. Verification and Confirmation

5. International Customers
For international travelers booking Indian tours, all communication and document delivery will be handled digitally. Physical documents will not be shipped outside India.
