1. Introduction

This website, www.unseenindiatrips.com, is owned and operated by Unseen India Trips Pvt. Ltd. These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the Company and the user for all services booked through the Website.

2. Booking and Payments

a. Reservation: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is considered confirmed only after we receive the required payment and send you a confirmation email.

b. Payment Terms: To secure your booking, a specific advance payment may be required, with the balance due by a specified date before the tour commences. The exact payment schedule will be communicated to you during the booking process. We accept payments via various methods, including credit/debit card, bank transfer, etc.

c. Pricing: All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) or US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to factors such as fluctuations in currency exchange rates, fuel costs, taxes, or changes in monument entrance fees.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

a. Cancellation by You: All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to info@unseenindiatrips.com. The date of the cancellation will be the date we receive your written request.

b. Cancellation Charges: The following cancellation fees will apply based on the number of days before the tour’s commencement date:

  • 15 days or more: 100% of the total tour cost.
  • 14 to 7 days: 50% of the total tour cost.
  • 5 days or less, or a “No Show”: 25% of the total tour cost.

Note: Specific tours, especially those during peak season (e.g., Diwali, Christmas, New Year), may have a stricter cancellation policy. This will be clearly stated at the time of booking.

c. Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel any tour due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or operational reasons. In such an event, we will offer a full refund of the amount paid for the cancelled services. We will not be liable for any additional costs incurred by you, such as flight tickets or other travel arrangements.

d. Refunds for Unutilized Services: No refunds will be provided for any unutilized services or components of the tour package, including but not limited to hotel nights, meals, or activities, for any reason.

4. Tour Itinerary and Modifications

a. Itinerary Changes: All tour itineraries provided are a general guide. We reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary as necessitated by weather, road conditions, safety concerns, or other local circumstances.

b. Force Majeure: We are not liable for any delays, changes, or cancellations to your tour due to events of “Force Majeure,” which include but are not limited to acts of God, war, civil unrest, strikes, or any other events beyond our reasonable control.

5. Limitation of Liability

a. General Disclaimer: The Company acts only as an agent for the various hotels, transportation providers, and other service suppliers. We are not responsible for any act, omission, or default of these third-party service providers.

b. No Liability for Damages: The Company shall not be liable for any personal injury, death, property damage, loss, or inconvenience caused by any event, including but not limited to accidents, theft, or delays. You agree to assume all risks associated with your travel and participation in the tours.

c. Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical expenses, baggage loss, and other potential travel-related risks. The Company does not provide any insurance coverage.

6. User Responsibilities

a. Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the booking process, including names, passport details, and contact information.

b. Visa and Passport: It is your sole responsibility to ensure that you have a valid passport and all necessary visas and permits to travel to and within India.

c. Compliance with Laws: You agree to comply with all local laws and regulations during your tour.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Unseen India Trips and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without our express written permission.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The laws of India govern these Terms and Conditions. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Agra.
